TB12 Black "Tone Beast" - Tone Shaping Mic Pre

Unleash the Beast! The TB12 Tone Beast Black is a fully professional, fully discrete, high-voltage mic preamp with loads of gain, CineMag USA transformers and multiple discrete signal paths, a swiss army knife of tones at a great price.

Switchable op-amps and output transformers reveal their unique character as you drive the preamp into harmonic distortion, and an output control lets you tame the signal even at very hot gain settings. You can even swap in your own op-amps. Push it hard for grit on electric guitar or bass, or keep it clean for vocals and more, in a home studio or a professional facility.
